WHY aren’t these people arrested. !!??
WHY are people even allowed near the guards and horses. There should be a 6 foot fence, heavy enough not to be pulled down,
with police guarding an attached gate to allow horses and guards to leave if necessary.
What is wrong with these people whe are suppose be caring for the horses and guards.!!!!
